Since moving to a purpose built facility in 1994, thanks to the continued support from our customers, the company has grown to house: ⁃ A 1700 square meter production site powered on renewable energy with a production capacity of over 16000 units of pasta per day. ⁃ A dedicated warehouse housing over 1700 pallets. ⁃ 3 production and packaging lines. ⁃ An optimized storage system. Our own fleet of delivery vehicles.

Striving For Excellence
Our philosophy has always been about making the best pasta possible. Our dedication and expertise lies in getting all the details just right: ⁃ Using the best quality local italian ingredients and pure spring water from the natural park surrounding the pastificio to make our pasta. ⁃ Artisanal techniques like bronze extrusion and long natural drying times to give our pasta it’s characteristic al dente bite whilst maintaining all the organoleptic properties of the wheat. Unique regional cuts and pasta types that set our selection apart with a natural shelf life of 24 months.
